Autor

Craig Strong is an experienced Chief Technology & Product Officer, specializing in high growth and innovation, who has grown companies to successful exits and acquisitions. With over 18 years experience and a hands on background in software engineering, he has helped developed products from the ground up from idea to scale within enterprises, SME's and startups and understands the different needs of venture capital private equity and publicly listed companies. Craig is heavily involved with global product development, transformation and innovation utilising Agile and Lean principles through an adaptive management approach. He has worked and consulted for a range of companies across a number of domains companies which include Sky, , Hargreaves Lansdown, Pearson, Financial Times, , Settled, Tracesmart and others. He is a member of the Forbes Technology council and strategic advisor in the tech space.

Tendayi Viki is a highly experienced innovation leader. He helps large organizations develop their ecosystems so that they can innovate for the future while managing their core business. He holds a PhD in Psychology and an MBA. Through his company Benneli Jacobs, he has given keynotes, run workshops and worked as a consultant for several large organizations including Rabobank, American Express, Standard Bank, Unilever, Airbus, Pearson, Lufthansa-Airplus, The British Museum, Copenhagen Fintech and The Royal Academy of Engineers. Tendayi has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was named on the Thinkers50 2018 Radar List for emerging management thinkers to watch. He is also a regular contributing writer for Forbes. Tendayi spent over 12 years in academia during which time he taught at the University of Kent where he is now Honorary Senior Lecturer. He has also been a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Research Assistant at Harvard University.

She is a speaker on topics of transformation, business agility, leadership, innovation strategy and the co-author of the upcoming book: The Case for Change - Demystifying Lean Enterprise Transformation.
