Xingqiao Deng is Professor at Chengdu University of Technology, China. His research areas are mechanical transmission and robot technology. He is Member of American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Director of tribology branch, Chinese Society of Mechanical engineering, director of Sichuan Science and Technology Youth Federation, Member of Chengdu Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expert Committee, and Evaluation Expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

He was awarded the third China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award, The Sichuan Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Rong Piao Talent, Excellent experts with outstanding contributions in Pidu District.
