Autor

Adam Fawer, 1970 in New York geboren, erkrankte im Alter von sechs Jahren an einer seltenen Augenkrankheit und verlor beinahe das Augenlicht. Seine Kindheit und Jugend war geprägt von zahlreichen Krankenhausaufenthalten. Aus dieser Zeit stammt auch seine Liebe zur Literatur. Später studierte er Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Statistik und machte seinen MBA an der Stanford Business School. Drei Jahre war er Leiter eines erfolgreichen Dot-com-Unternehmens in New York. Mit "Null", seinem ersten Roman, hat er sich seinen Kindheitstraum erfüllt: Er ist Schriftsteller geworden. Adam Fawer lebt und arbeitet in New York.
