`... It is a joy to read it for its enormous amount of information, and the readable way in which the various Reports are presented. I wish that every astronomer would have ... this book. Certainly those who are interested in a wider field than just that of their own speciality would benefit greatly from having it on their desk. The Editor should be congratulated with his achievement.'
