Autor

Toshikazu Kawaguchi, geb. 1971 in Osaka, Japan, ist Produzent, Direktor und Dramatiker in der Theatergruppe Sonic Snail. Mit Before the coffee gets cold gewann er den Grand Prize am Suginami Drama Festival, wo es als Theaterstück aufgeführt wurde. Später ist sein literarisches Debüt international zum gefeierten Bestseller geworden. Inzwischen ist die ganze aus vier Bänden bestehende Buchreihe über 2 Millionen Mal weltweit verkauft worden und hat eine riesige Anhängerschaft bei TikTok.
