KlappentextLiz Worth's first non-fiction book, Treat Me Like Dirt: An Oral History of Punk in Toronto and Beyond, was released on January 12, 2010 through Bongo Beat (Montreal, QC). Treat Me Like Dirt went into its second printing within a week of its release. It has received local and national coverage in the Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Star, Exclaim!, CBC Radio 1, CFRB 1010 AM, and many more publications and radio stations. In 2008, her first chapbook, Eleven: Eleven, was published through Trainwreck Press (St. John's, NL). Eleven: Eleven garnered reviews in Cherry Bleeds Literary Magazine, Venus Zine, Broken Pencil, and Lipstik Indie. It was also featured on CKLN 88.1 FM's In Other Words, CIUT 89.5's Howl, and CIUT 89.5's Equalizing Distort. Her writing has also appeared in several publications, including the Toronto Star, Exclaim!, Toronto Life, Punk Planet, This Magazine, and Broken Pencil, as well as literary journals such Chiron Review and The Toronto Quarterly. Amphetamine Heart is her first full-length collection of poetry.
