You are worthy, important, and you matter in this world. Do you agree-or disagree? If you disagree, my hope is that by reading this book you will change your mind. We are all extraordinary and unique, each in our own way, yet connected through similar life experiences. However, we hide our true selves. Do you hide pain behind your smile, wear heavy armor to protect you from hurt, and find yourself living on autopilot? Do you feel stuck, like you are riding the never-ending roller coaster, repeating the same behaviors and patterns? Are you emotionally drained? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to create a new reflection and see yourself for who you really are-awesome! What if your smile was genuine, the armor was gone, and you have exposed your true identity and declared your life's purpose? You can! By creating a new reflection. Take this journey with me as I share my own experiences along with effective skills and strategies that are proven to help you make positive changes in your life. You will learn to overcome roadblocks, hurts, mistakes, and uncomfortable feelings-and create the best version of yourself. Do you want to love the person you are and give yourself the kindness and compassion you deserve? Let's connect through the words, experiences, and activities on these pages. You will find your true self at the end of this journey.mehr
