Christiane Leesker:Christiane Leesker studied design at Münster University of Applied Sciences and the École Nationale des Beaux Art in Nancy. During this time, she never missed the Beaujolais grape harvest. After a few years as a cookbook editor in a German publishing house, she set up her own business as a freelance graphic designer and author. Since 2014, she and her husband have been spending a lot of time in their second home in southern Burgundy.Vanessa Jansen:After training as a photographer, Vanessa Jansen went to work in an advertising studio in Alicante for a few months. In 2010 she settled in Münster as a freelance photographer. Together with Christiane Leesker, she implements ideas for cookery and lifestyle books. Her food and mood images have an authentic and appealing aspect. She works exclusively with natural light.
