Marijana Prodanovic is an associate professor in English linguistics at Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia. She is an international communicator, teacher, and teacher trainer, with extensive experience in cross-cultural pragmatics, i.e. intercultural encounters, as well as emerging ELT trends through a communication lens.

Begoña Crespo is a full professor at the Faculty of Philology, University of A Coruña, Spain. Her research interests include discourse analysis and corpus linguistics, EMI and internalisation practices in higher education.
