Hasan Padamsee is currently Adjunct Professor and Senior Physicist at Cornell University, where he is the project leader of the Superconducting Radio Frequency Group, pushing the advancement of accelerator technology for particle physics at the energy and luminosity frontiers. Conducting research and development in the field for more than 30 years, he collaborates with accelerator laboratories around the world, including Fermilab, Jefferson Lab, SLAC, CERN and DESY. He has published several books and many review articles in encyclopedias. Professor Padamsee was appointed Fellow of the American Physical Society in 1993.

Jens Knobloch received his Ph.D. in RF Superconductivity from Cornell University in 1997 when he became a Research Associate at Cornell. In 2002 Dr. Knobloch joined BESSY to start a new program in RF superconductivity for Free Electron Lasers. He has given many invited talks at accelerator conferences and tutorials in RF Superconductivity.

Tom Hays received his Master's Degree in RF Superconductivity from Cornell University in 1997 when he branched out into new areas of software development and consultation.
