Yasmin Djabarian studied American Studies and Communication at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and American University in Washington. As a doctoral candidate, she spent two semesters at Georgia State University in Atlanta and received a three-year scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
