Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have gained significant attention for their diverse applications in various fields, including medicine, agriculture, and environmental remediation. In this study, we report the biosynthesis and characterization of silver nanoparticles using Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20, a promising biocontrol agent. The biosynthesis of AgNPs was achieved through the reduction of silver ions present in the reaction medium by the biological components of Pseudomonas sp. FPMKU20. The formation of AgNPs was confirmed by UV-Vis spectroscopy, showing a characteristic surface plasmon resonance peak at around 420 nm. Further characterization using techniques such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed the morphology, size distribution, and crystalline structure of the synthesized AgNPs. The TEM and SEM analysis indicated that the AgNPs were spherical in shape with an average size ranging from 10 to 50 nm. Additionally, XRD analysis confirmed the crystalline nature of the AgNPs.mehr
