Inge Govaere is Director of the European Legal Studies Department at the College of Europe (Bruges). She is Professor of European Law at the Ghent University and at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin, Warsaw).
Dominik Hanf is Professor of European Law at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin, Warsaw).
