Autor

Catherine Mayer arbeitet als freie Redakteurin für die Zeitschrift "Time". Seit drei Jahrzehnten berichtet sie über internationale Politik und Zeitgeschichte und hat bereits zahlreiche Führungspersönlichkeiten interviewt: Präsidenten und Premierminister, Prominente aus Kultur und Wirtschaft, genauso wie Mitglieder des britischen Königshauses. Als Autorin hat sie mit ihrem Buch die Vorzüge und Gefahren der Alterslosigkeit, Amortality, für Aufsehen gesorgt. Catherine Mayer hat als Auslandskorrespondentin für die Zeitschrift Focus gearbeitet. Derzeit ist sie Vorsitzende der Foreign Press Association in London.
