Autor

METTE RUDVIN has been teaching at the University of Bologna, Italy since 1996. She works from time to time as a community interpreter between English, Italian and Urdu and has published widely on translation and community interpreting.

ELENA TOMASSINI has been working as a conference interpreter since 1980. She taught at the University of Bologna from 1992 to 2009 and now teaches at SSML (Science of Linguistic Mediation), Fondazione Universitaria San Pellegrino.
