Autor

Harvey Jassem is Professor Emeritus at the University of Hartford School of Communication, and is on the Board of Directors for the Urban Communication Foundation. He received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Susan J. Drucker is Professor at Hofstra University, Lawrence Herbert School of Communication in New York, and is Treasurer of the Urban Communication Foundation. She received her JD at St. John´s University School of Law.
