Tasha M. Bleistein is associate professor and director of the Online M.A. TESOL Program at Azusa Pacific University. Her research interests include teacher development, online learning, and second language pedagogy. She has experience in teacher education in China, India, Thailand and the United States. Melissa K. Smith lives in China where she runs Li Ai Education Consulting Company and is an associate professor in the School of Foreign Languages and Cultures at Ningxia University. She enjoys exploring TESOL teacher mentoring and intersections between values, culture, and language teaching.
