Autor

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Peter Eichhorn was Professor for Management at several universities in Germany, most recently at the University of Mannheim. He was President of SRH Hochschule Berlin and is now a member of its University Council. The author of many books and articles, he is the Head of the Academic Advisory Board of OPINIO Research Institute in Mannheim.

Prof. Dr. Ian Towers teaches management and organisation studies at SRH Hochschule Berlin. Before returning to academia, he worked for many years in the telecommunications equipment industry in Europe and North America.
