Autor

Gerd-Bodo von Carlsburg is Professor of Educational Science in Heidelberg. He received honorary doctorates from the Vilnius Academy of Educational Sciences at Kaunas Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and from the University of Tallinn (Estonia). He has published several books on general education, schooling, teacher training, teaching profession and history of education.
Giedr Kvieskien is Professor of Educational and Social Science and Director of the Vilnius Professional Development Institute at Kaunas Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). She published more than 260 articles and widely known monographs about socialization and child well-being, positive socialization and social partnership.
