Radostina Radulova-Stahmer ist Architektin mit Schwerpunkt Städtebau. Sie lehrt und forscht seit 2017 am Institut für Städtebau der TU Graz. Von 2013 bis 2017 war sie an der LUH Hannover als Pre-Doc tätig. Radulova-Stahmer leitet seit 2010 das Büro STUDIOD3R, das international ausgezeichnet wurde. Als Expertin für klima-orientierten Städtebau und stadträumlichen Wandel der digitalen Transformation wirkt sie in verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Beiräten und Jurys im deutschsprachigen Raum mit.
