Autor

Hannes Gerber estudió arte y diseño gráfico en Berlín, donde trabajó para agencias de publicidad e ilustró novelas gráficas. También participó en una serie de películas animadas. Actualmente, ilustra libros infantiles para varias editoriales. Ursel Scheffler nació en Núremberg y estudió idiomas y literatura en Múnich (a pesar de que de pequeña su ilusión era ser detective, exploradora o arqueóloga). Desde 1977 vive en Hamburgo, donde ha creado al comisario Caramba, que no solo no pierde de vista a los rufianes de esa ciudad, sino tampoco a los de Nueva York o Shanghái, porque al Comisario le gusta viajar tanto como a su autora. Ursel ha escrito más de cien libros, que se han traducido a más de veinte idiomas.
