Tony Bennett is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. Previously he was a Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Richard Saundry is a Principal Research Fellow at the University of Westminster, UK and a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
